Traditional Blackened PLT Patina 8oz

Blackened PLT Patina is a classic cold black finish for pewter, lead and tin. This patina is commonly used to darken lead came in stained glass window construction. Dilute with distilled water to 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 (patina to distilled water). Lighter concentrations and shorter reaction times result in a gray patina while stronger mixtures will be black.
